Customer-specific timekeeper rate questions

The Legal Tracker AI Assistant answers natural language questions about customer-specific timekeeper rates, with a focus on current approved rates.

Legal Tracker AI assistant

The AI Assistant answers customer-specific questions about approved timekeeper rates. Ask in natural language and get clear answers directly in the AI Assistant.
When you ask a question, the AI Assistant:
  • Interprets intent from natural language.
  • Identifies the relevant firm, timekeeper, classification, or matter.
  • Retrieves the currently effective approved rate.
  • Returns a clear, structured response.
The response can include the following timekeeper rate attributes, which also serve as filters: current/approved rate, effective date, approved date, approver name, rate change amount, and rate change percentage.
The AI Assistant calculates rate changes based on the current approved rate and the previously approved rate.
If a matter has matter-specific rates, the AI Assistant returns those rates. When no matter-specific rate exists, the AI Assistant returns the default approved rate for that firm and classification.
