Create matter preferences

Follow these steps to ensure seamless integration and consistency between the 2 platforms: Legal Tracker and HighQ.
  1. To set values in the Outlook add-in select
    Open Settings in Legal Tracker
    .
  2. Open the
    User Profile
     section in
    Outlook Add-in Defaults
    .
  3. Check all settings in Legal Tracker then return to the Outlook add-in and select
    Sync with Legal Tracker
     to sync all changes.
  4. Select
    Save
     to keep the synced values.
