Edit the Company Profile

The company profile includes basic information about the company such as the name, tax ID, who the Tracker Coordinator is, or whether company users can search the Tracker Worldwide Directory of Firms. Company System Administrators can edit the company profile. This page is also used to assign a Tracker Coordinator or Backup Coordinator.
Required role | Only Company System Administrators can edit the company profile. Other users, such as Office System Administrators, cannot edit the company profile.
To edit the company profile:
  1. To open the Company profile page, you can select
    Settings
    in the left navigation, then select
    Company Settings
     in the
    Company Setup
     section or select
    Users > Company profile
     in the left navigation.
  2. On the toolbar, click
    Edit company profile
    .
  3. Edit the fields as necessary.

    Description
    Company Name
    The company's name as it will appear in Tracker.
    Short Company Name
    Short name of the company. This could be the same as the company name of another short name to identify the company.
    Website
    A link to the company website.
    Tax ID
    The company's tax ID number.
    Company Base Currency
    The default currency the company will use for financial information.
    Company NAICS Code
    The company's North American Industry Classification System code. This is a code used to classify US businesses for the purpose of collecting, analyzing, and publishing statistical data.
    Tracker Coordinator
    Click
    Select
    and select the name of the person to be the Tracker Coordinator for your company from the list.
    Backup Tracker Coordinator
    Click
    Select
    and select the name of the person to be the backup Tracker Coordinator for your company from the list.
    Company Locale
    Select a dropdown to specify the default language the company will use.
    Can search firms in Tracker Worldwide Directory
    Select a button to indicate whether the company can search the directory for firms.
  4. On the toolbar, select
    Save & close
    .
