Enabling Conditional Logic

You can use smart matters to develop matter type templates tailored logically to your company's choices using context-driven criteria. Smart matters can streamline your workflow and make matter creation quicker and less prone to errors.
note
When they create a matter using a template where conditional logic has been applied, your matter creators will have the option to choose whether to apply the conditional field logic or not on that particular matter. The default is that conditional field logic is applied.
