Classic Dashboards
Using this page
- To drill down on a chart, click a data element within the chart to open an informational popup card.

- Select
to show an expanded view of the chart.
- Select
to show a compact view of the chart.
- Select the three small dots icon to open a menu of additional actions you can take. You can remove a chart from your action items, switch the view from a graph to a table, or download a chart as a PNG image or a PDF.
What You Can Do on This Page
- SelectHome > My dashboardin the left navigation.
- On the toolbar, selectCreate Personal Dashboard.noteThis link is disabled if you already have the maximum of five personal dashboards.
- Enter a name for the new dashboard then clickOK.
- Click
- Expand theSearchpanel to find the dashboard you want to add.You can apply filters to narrow your search and make it easier to find the chart you want to add.
- Search for chart by name: If you know all or part of the name of a chart, type it in theSearch by chartname field. For example, if you type "Average", the list will show charts with names such Average Hourly Rates with Budget by Law Firm, Average Invoice Turnaround by Practice Group, or Average Matter Spend by Law Firm.
- Search for charts by category: Click theSelect a category of charts...field to show a list of charts by category, such as matter type, org unit, or practice group.
- You can apply both filters to further narrow your search. For example, if you select Matter as the category and search for "Average" in the chart name, Tracker shows charts with averaged matter data metrics.
- If there are more charts available than can fit in the pane, you can scroll to bottom of the pane and advance through the page of available charts.
noteYour company can configure dashboards to only show active filters at the company and/or benchmark level. A benchmark indicator next to a chart in the charts list indicates that benchmark data is available for that chart.
- In the bottom drop-down, select a time frame for the chart.
- Hover over the chart you want to add and select the+icon.
- Open your dashboards page (Home > My dashboardin the left navigation).
- Use theDashboardsdrop-down to open the dashboard that contains the chart you want to remove.
- Click the three small dots icon in the upper right corner of the chart. (Not the dots on the toolbar.)
- SelectRemove.
- When the prompt appears, clickYesto verify that you really want to remove the chart.
- Open your dashboards page (Home > My dashboardin the left navigation).
- Click the down arrow in theDashboardsdrop-down list amd select the dashboard you want to change.
- Click the three small dots icon on toolbar, then selectEdit title.
- Enter a new title for the dashboard then clickOK.
- Open your dashboards page (Home > My dashboardin the left navigation).
- Select the three small dots iconon the toolbar, then selectClone.
- Add or update charts for the new dashboard as needed.
- SelectEdit titlefrom theMoremenu, enter a title for the cloned dashboard then clickOK.
- Open your dashboards page (Home > My dashboardin the left navigation).
- On the toolbar, select the three small dots icon. From the menu that opens, selectExport to PDF. All the charts in your dashboard will be exported to your Downloads folder. Tip | There must be at least one chart set up on the dashboard.
- Open your dashboards page (Home > My dashboardin the left navigation).
- In theDashboarddrop-down list, select the dashboard that you want to remove.
- Click the three small dots icon on the toolbar, then selectRemove.
