Viewing and Downloading Documents

This topic explains how to work with documents from within an individual matter or across all matters.

Select Matters
> Matter list
in the left navigation.

Open the matter and click the Documents
tab.

All documents for the matter are shown by default. To work with a smaller set of documents, use the filters and views.

Do either of the following to open the document details panel and see the document profile:

Double-click the document in the list.

Right-click the document in the list and select View Details
.

You can resize the details panel by clicking and dragging its left border.

To download a file attachment, do either of the following:

Right-click the document in the list and select Download
.

Double-click the document in the list to open the details panel, then click the File Attachment
link, or select Download
from the toolbar.

Select Library from the left menu to search for and retrieve documents across all matters.
