Require Unbilled Amounts

The setting to require unbilled amounts can be turned on or off on the firm's profile. If the requirement is turned off, unbilled amounts are never required. If the requirement is enabled, the requirement for unbilled amounts are configurable within each matter.
Required role | Tracker Coordinators or Company System Administrators
  1. Select
    Firms > Our firms
    in the left navigation.
  2. Find the firm in the list and click the firm name to open the firm profile.
  3. On the toolbar, select the three small dots icon, then select
    Edit firm profile
    .
  4. In the
    [Firm Name] Information about Firm
    collapsible section, select an option next to
    Accrual/Unbilled Amounts Requirement
    .
