Access the AI Assistant

Turn on

The feature needs to be turned on in
Settings
Feature preview
by Thomson Reuters (such as a member of the product, customer success, support, professional services, or implementation teams).
After the feature is turned on:
  • Once the feature is enabled by Thomson Reuters for a company, people within that organization can turn on the AI assistant on the user
    Preferences
    page.
  • If you're a company system administrator and want to make the AI Assistant available for all users within your org (without the need for this users to go to their user preferences page), then go to the feature preview page and turn on
    activate LT assistant
    feature.

Access

The
Ask LT
feature is accessible through the navigation bar, located near the search function.
The AI assistant panel appears on the screen. You can expand it horizontally for enhanced visibility by selecting and dragging at the margin with your mouse.
The assistant follows your user permissions, making sure that all responses provided are within the scope of your authorized access to data.
