Select your delegate

Tracker lets you select up to five other users who can act as your delegate for matters in which you are a participant.
  1. Select
    Account
    then
    Preferences
    .
  2. Choose
    Select
    for the
    Delegate
    field.
  3. Search for the person you want as your delegate.
    note
    If you can't find a person, contact your
    Tracker Coordinator
    and ask them to add the person.
  4. Go to
    Matter Access - Highest role in my matters
    and choose the level of access you want to give the delegate from the dropdown.
  5. Make selections for approving invoices, editing or approving budgets and accruals, and completing timesheets.
  6. Select
    Save & close
