Enable the Restful API

CSC Corporation uses an API called RESTful that was implemented in 2020, replacing the legacy SOAP API previously used by Tracker. All clients currently using CSC as their SOP vendor should switch their integration to use the upgraded connection to CSC.
The RESTful API provides significant improvement over the legacy product in terms of flexibility, security, connection speed, and tracking/audit functionality and Tracker's integration with CSC has been refactored to take advantage of these capabilities. The API must be enabled in the
Feature Preview
 section of
Settings
.

Once the API is enabled, clients will be required to enter their new CSC credentials. After the credentials have been entered, the connection to CSC will be seamlessly established using the new RESTful API.
  1. Select
    Settings
    in the left navigation.
  2. Select
    Features Setup
     >
    Feature Preview
    .
  3. Check the
    Enable new SOP agent CSC
     checkbox.
  4. On the toolbar, select
    Save & close
    .
