Find and use the G Suite add-in

Open the Legal Tracker add-in in Gmail, connect to your Legal Tracker instance, and save emails and attachments to Legal Tracker.
You've installed the Legal Tracker add-in from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Use these steps to find and use the G Suite add-in.
  1. Open Gmail.
  2. Select the Thomson Reuters icon to open the Legal Tracker add-in.
  3. Select 1 of the following Legal Tracker instance to connect to:
    • U.S.
    • CA
    • U.K.
    • AU
    • DE
  4. Select
    Connect
    .
  5. Enter your Legal Tracker email address, then select
    Continue
    .
    note
    If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO), sign in using your SSO method instead.
  6. Enter your password, then select
    Sign In
    .
  7. An
    Access Granted
    window will show. Close the window.
  8. Open the email you want to upload in Gmail.
  9. In the Legal Tracker add-in, select 1 of the following:
    • Save email and attachments
    • Save attachments
    note
    Save email and attachments
    includes all attachments in the email.
You connected the add-in and saved the selected email content to Legal Tracker.
