Invoices with Delivery on Hold status are NOT viewable by company users. The Invoice Delivery on Hold feature lets a firm upload an invoice when the matter has incomplete tasks. However, Tracker holds delivery of the invoice until all assigned tasks are completed on the Matter (e.g. Matter profile fields completed, status report filed, etc.). This feature enables companies to enforce completion of assigned tasks, while allowing billing clerks to carry out their billing responsibilities. If the assigned tasks are not completed within 45 days of uploading the invoice, the invoice is auto-rejected back to the firm.
A key component of this feature is that company users cannot see and attempt to approve invoices with Delivery on Hold.
