Manage duplicate line item audit

Our AI-powered audit helps you identify potential duplicate line items in your invoices. When the system detects a potential duplicate, the audit will appear in the Audits & Warnings section of the invoice. To differentiate AI-powered audits, there will be a sparkle icon next to them.
Currently, the
Duplicate Line Items
 audit is displayed as a
Warning
. This means it's an alert for your information, and no immediate action is required to continue with the invoice approval process. You can proceed with approval even if a duplicate warning is present.

Details

You can view the details of the lines flagged as potential duplicates by selecting the audit itself or by scrolling down the invoice.

Review and take action

  • Select
    View
     next to the audit to see the details of the potentially duplicated line items.
  • In the AI Insights section, you can view the reasoning behind our AI model flagging these specific line items. This helps you understand why the item was identified as a potential duplicate.
  • If you determine an adjustment is needed (for example, to pay for fewer hours due to a confirmed duplicate), select
    Adjust
    . Here, you can enter the correct hours or amount to be paid for that specific line item.
  • You can provide feedback on the performance of the model by answering the question
    Are these duplicates?
     on the pop up.
  • Select
    Apply
     to continue working on your invoice.
