Support for international e-invoicing mandates
Legal Tracker provides a connector to support integrations for international e-invoicing mandates.
Legal Tracker now provides a connector designed to support international e-invoicing requirements by bridging Legal Tracker with invoice management systems (IMS) such as ONESOURCE Pagero, SAP DRC, Edicom, or other systems used by customers. These systems retrieve invoices from government tax portals and integrate them into the accounts payable systems.
The connector ingests legal-relevant invoices from these systems and pushes them into Legal Tracker for processing, maintaining existing legal workflows and the ability to reject invoices back through the process if issues arise. This lets Legal Tracker interface with any of the main e-invoicing solutions, making the integration agnostic and reusable across different customer environments.
Proforma invoices are also supported as part of the international e-invoicing feature set. Through the Proforma workflow, customers gain early visibility into anticipated costs, letting due diligence be completed prior to the commencement of work. This functionality also addresses scenarios where customers require that detailed tax invoices are not submitted through a government mandate.
