Attaching the Law Firm Engagement Letter
Tracker lets users with a system role of Company System Administrator attach a copy of their engagement letter/billing guidelines to each firm profile. Users can only view engagement letters for their own law firm.

The maximum file size you can upload is 50 MB, and the file upload cannot take longer than 10 minutes. The upload will time out if it takes longer than 10 minutes.
- SelectFirms > Our firmsin the left navigation.
- Click a firm name to open the firm profile.
- On the toolbar, select the three small dots icon, then selectEdit firm profile.
- Next toEngagement Letter, clickBrowseand attach your engagement letter file.
- On the toolbar, selectSave & close.
