Reactivating a Firm

If a firm's status has been set to restricted or inactive, it does not appear in the list of firms. To view restricted or inactive firms:
  1. Select
    Firms
    , then
    Our firms
     in the left navigation.
  2. Select the
    Filters
     button
  3. On the Filters pane, select the
    Restricted
     and
    Inactive
     checkboxes.
  4. Select the
    Apply
     button.
  5. Select the name of the firm you want to reactivate.
  6. On the toolbar, select the three small dots icon, then select
    Edit firm profile
    .
  7. Select the
    Active
    button.
  8. On the toolbar, select
    Save & close
    .
note
The Tracker system does not automatically notify the firm that they have been activated. You will need to contact the firm yourself to notify the users.
