Using Filters to Find a Firm
You can use filters to quickly find a firm in the list of your firms, sort on header rows, or search for the firm by name.
To search by firm name, type all or part of the name in the
Search by firm name
field and select the Search
button.You can also export the list of your firms or your firm evaluation surveys to a spreadsheet.

Type all or part of the firm name and select the
Search
button.Using Filters to Find Firms
To use the filters to find a firm:
- ClickFirms > Our firmsin the left navigation.
- Select theFiltersbutton. Y
- Use any combination of the filters to help you find the specific information you are searching for. You can:
- Check a box in theStatussection to limit the list by active, inactive, or restricted, or any combination of the three. To remove a filter, you can clear the checkbox or select theXnext to a filter in theStatuslist.
- Select theClassificationfield to filter the list by preferred or standard firms.
- SelectType of Serviceprovider to filter the list by service provider.
- Select theSelectbutton under a category and select one or more checkboxes that correspond to a category to use as a filter. Check the box next to the category you want to add, then select theAddbutton.

- ClickApply.
Sorting the Firms List
To use the header rows to sort:
Click on any column header to sort data by that column.
For example, clicking on the column header
Name
sorts the data in the list alphabetically in ascending order (A to Z, or smallest to largest). The small arrow indicates that the data is sorted in ascending order.Clicking on the same column header again sorts the data in descending order (Z to A, or largest to smallest). The small arrow changes to a down arrow.
Exporting Firm Data to a Spreadsheet
To export the list of your firms or the evaluation surveys to a spreadsheet, select the three small dots icon on the toolbar. On the menu that opens, select
Export firms to CSV
to export the list, or Export evaluation surveys to CSV
to export the results of the survey.
