Viewing or Editing a Firm's Budget & Accrual Requirements

The firm profile of any firm connected to your system contains:
  • A field giving you the option to turn off the requirement to submit budgets in all matters and (when the Accruals submission has been enabled in Settings)
  • A field giving you the option to turn off the requirement to submit unbilled amounts in all matters.

Editing the Requirement Manually

  1. Select
    Firms > Our firms
    in the left navigation.
  2. Click the name of the firm.
  3. On the top toolbar, click
    Edit firm profile
    .
  4. Make your changes to the budget or unbilled amounts settings.
  5. On the toolbar, select
    Save & close
    .

Bulk Updating the Requirement

  1. Select
    Users > Bulk update
    in the left navigation.
  2. Under
    Step 1: Select a field to update
    , select one of the firm data fields.
  3. Make any additional selections that may apply to the fields you selected.
  4. Under
    Step 2, click Generate List.
  5. When the system has returned the list of firms, update the selection for the appropriate firms.
  6. Click
    Save
    .

It may appear as if nothing happened on the screen. However, at the top of the page will be a report in italicized text regarding how many firms’ records were updated.
