Sending a Custom Email

Use this option to send a mass email to selected users from your User List.
  1. Click
    Users
    >
    User list
     from the left navigation.
  2. On the toolbar, click the three small dots icon, then select
    Send custom email
    . The Users list is displayed.
  3. In the
    Select
    column, select the check box for the users to whom you want to send the email.
  4. On the toolbar click
    Email Selected
    . Tracker populates your default mail program with the selected addresses.
  5. Compose the email as necessary.
