View a User's Delegate Information

For security reasons, each user must select his or her own delegates. However, you can view the delegates that a user has selected as well as view the user delegate audit history, which lists the changes to a user's delegate selections.
To view a user's delegates:
  1. Click
    Users > User list
in the left navigation. The list of users displays. If you do no see the user whose delegates you want to view, use the view selectors to select what you want displayed then click
    Change view
    .
  2. Click
    Edit
for the user whose delegates you want to view.
  3. Scroll to the
    Delegates
section at the bottom of the page.
note
This view available to Company System Administrators only. Because a user's delegate selections are shown on the user's administrative profile page, which is not visible to regular users, they do not have the ability to look up another user's delegates. A user's delegates are shown under
Participants
in a matter, so a regular user can look up another person's delegates if they happen to have access to the same matter.
