Creating and Assigning Participant Tags

You can create tags for both Company and Firm users. Participant tags are created, edited and potentially deleted by either the Tracker Coordinator (and backup Tracker Coordinator) or Company System Administrator.

To create Participant Tag labels:

  1. Select
    Settings
    in the left navigation.
  2. In the
    Accounting and A/P Settings
    section, select
    Participant Tags
    .
  3. In the toolbar select
    New value
    or
    New multiple values
    .
  4. Enter the new values.
  5. On the toolbar, select
    Save & close
    .

To assign Participant Tags to Company and Firm users:

  1. Click
    Users
    >
    User list
    from the left navigation.
  2. Select the individual to whom to assign a tag and click
    Assign Tags.
  3. Select the tags (a maximum of five tags per user) for the specific user, then click Save.
  4. Once a tag is added to an individual, the option changes to
    Edit Tags
    , which lets additional tags to be added or existing tags to be removed. Note that
    Vendor Classifications
    and
    Participant tags
    are only available to Company users and are not visible to any firms or firm users.
