Matter-Level Outside Counsel Evaluations

Outside counsel evaluations provide information that helps you evaluate a firm's overall activity.

Required role | Only a company user with a matter role of Matter Editor or higher can submit an evaluation of a firm or vendor.

Select Matters
> Matter list
in the left navigation.

Open the matter you want to work with by selecting the hyperlinked name in the Matter/Group Name
column.

On the top toolbar, select the three small dots icon, then select Submit evaluation
.

Change the date if you want to backdate the evaluation.

Click Select
to choose the attorney you want to evaluate.

Complete the evaluation form. You can rate the firm on a scale of 1-5 (unsatisfactory to exceptional).

You can optionally add comments in the Your Comments box to clarify or provide an overview of your rating as necessary.

On the toolbar, select Save & close
.
