Entering a Record Manually

  1. Access the relevant matter.
  2. Click
    Documents
    .
  3. From the
    Add
    drop-down, select
    Service of Process
    .
  4. Complete the New Service of Process form.
    The
    SOP Person Responsible
    is a required field. This field lets you assign a Tracker user that will be responsible for recording the response information, if required.
  5. On the bottom right of the New service of process window, click
    Save
    .

Manually entered SOP records cannot be posted to the SOP Intake Page. The matter must first exist before the SOP record can be saved.
When the record is saved, an action alert on to the user's Action Items indicates that a new record is pending review. The alert will remain until the user has completed all required fields within the SOP record.
