Finding a Service of Process Record

Vendor SOP cover page number: Both CSC and CT Corp. display a unique reference number on the cover page of each PDF file of the service of process. Tracker calls this the Vendor SOP CoverPage #. CSC refers to this number as a Transmittal Number, and CT Corp. refers to it as a Log Number.
Vendor SOP ID: CSC and CT Corp. have a master database ID for each service of process they receive. Tracker calls this the Vendor SOP ID. CSC refers to it as their documentID, and CT Corp calls it a LogID.
You can find an SOP record by using these reference numbers
  1. Select
    Library
    in the left navigation.
  2. Select
    Advanced Search
    .
  3. For
    Document Type
    , select
    Service of Process Only.
  4. Under
    SOP Field Filter
    , in the
    Field to Search
     drop-down list, select one of the following:
    • Vendor SOP CoverPage #
    • Vendor SOP ID
  5. Enter the relevant number in the
    Field Contains
    box, then click
    Search
    .
