Required role | Only designated timekeeper rate reviewers or assigned reviewers can review and approve timekeeper rates.
note

Review Pending Timekeeper Rates
To accept, reject, or edit individual pending timekeeper rates:
Click
Financial
,
Rates
, then
Pending Rates
in the left navigation.
By default the list is grouped by law firm name. If you want to provide additional grouping, you can drag a column header to the top of the page to add another grouping to the page. For example, you can group timekeepers by classification, making it easier to see all rates before accepting, or for easier bulk editing. This page includes the Rate Analysis information relevant to determining whether the proposed rate should be accepted, including: current rate, proposed rate, hours last year, Tracker Index, and fees estimates by timekeeper.
Complete the following steps, depending on what you want to do.
To accept an individual timekeeper rate, select
Accept
next to the timekeeper's name.
To reject an individual timekeeper rate:
Click the down arrow next to
ACCEPT
.
Select
Reject
.
Provide rejection comments to the firm. This comment is required.
Click the
Reject Rate
button.
To edit an individual timekeeper rate:
Click the down arrow next to ACCEPT.
Select
Edit
. The
Effective Date
,
Effective Rate
, and
Internal Comment
fields can be edited.
Provide the new values.
Click

to save your changes.
Assign a Timekeeper Reviewer
Once you assign a rate to another user, that person’s name will appear under the
Accept
menu. Assigned rate reviewers will see the dashboard alert and will also have access to the pending rates page, but assigned rate reviewers will only see the rates they have been assigned.
Select
Financial
,
Rates
, then
Pending rates
from the left navigation.
On the drop down, click
Assign Reviewer
to display a list of reviewers. The list of reviewers opens.
Click
Select
next to a user's name to assign the pending rate to that user.
note
This action does not remove the timekeeper row from a timekeeper rate reviewer’s page.
