View Timekeeper Rates by Firm

The
Timekeeper Rates by firm
 page lets you see all approved rates for a single firm for a specified effective date at the same time. The information displayed on the page shows the timekeeper information for each timekeeper rate, as well as the base rate, rate source, and discounts. You can export this information to Excel.
To open the
Timekeeper Rates by Firm
 page, select
Financial
Rates
Rates by firm
 from the navigation pane.

Using this page

  1. Use the
    Firm
    dropdown list to select the firm whose rates you want to review.
  2. If you want to find rates by the date the rate was effective, select the
    Calendar
     next to
    Rates effective on
     to find the applicable date.
  3. Select
    Change view
    .
If you want to change how the rate information on this page is grouped, point your cursor to
Filter
 in a column and drag it to the
Drag a column header and drop it here to group by that column
 area.
To export the timekeeper rates to a spreadsheet, select
Export to Excel
 on the toolbar.
