Copying emails and attachments to Legal Tracker
You can copy emails and attachments to Legal Tracker without leaving Outlook using the Tracker for Outlook add-in.

Due to a security constraint, the original document date and author aren't sent to Legal Tracker.
- In Outlook, select the email you want to copy or that has the attachment you want to send to Legal Tracker.
- SelectHomein your Outlook ribbon, and thenLegal Tracker. You may need to sign in.
- From the Legal Tracker add-in, and selectCopy to Tracker. The selected email name and any attachments are listed in the add-in pane.
- Review the default document settings and make changes as needed.
- Next go toSelect Matter.
- Select the location, and thenSave to Tracker.

- You can copy 1 email to Legal Tracker at a time.
- Emails with other emails attached can't be copied, because the attached emails can't be evaluated or scanned for viruses.
- You can copy up to 20 files at a time. The combined size of the files must be < 50 MB.
- Files get scanned for viruses and aren't copied if a virus is detected.
- These file types can't be copied: .js, .exe, .bat, .dll, .cmd, .msi, .ps1, and .pst.
- The red circle with a line through it icon
indicates disallowed files. - Files from your computer may take longer to copy than emails.
