Firm evaluation requests

Outside counsel evaluation requests are created for in-house attorneys that are lead company person on matters where the selected firms are either lead firms or participants. The lead in-house attorneys or their delegates receive the request and a notification email.
Firm-level evaluations are also recommended for matter types with a high number of matters, such as IP filings, to avoid overwhelming in-house attorneys with requests to evaluate each individual matter. In these scenarios, set both Outside Counsel Evaluation Options in the respective matter type template to No.
