Search the Tracker Worldwide Directory of Firms

The Tracker Worldwide Directory of Firms is a searchable database of e-billing enabled law firms. All firms and vendors on the Tracker system are included in the directory, which includes more than 65,000 firms worldwide. The directory is only available to current Tracker company clients.
The directory was developed in response to requests by companies seeking to retain Tracker firms in new jurisdictions. By selecting counsel from the Tracker Worldwide Directory, legal teams can hit the ground running with firms who are already sharing bills, budgets, status updates, and other information through Tracker. The directory is only available to current Tracker corporate clients.

How Firms get listed in the Worldwide Directory

The initial load of firms was performed by Tracker in conjunction with our first clients, but since that time all firms in the directory have been created by our clients. After creation is becomes the responsibility of the firm to create users and maintain their profile. When a firm is created in the directory that firm becomes available to all clients, and upon linking to a firm in the Directory a company legal department has access to all the users at that firm. Most of the firms and legal services vendors you use are already listed in the Directory.
Tracker lets firms and users update their profile one time for all clients. Since firms do not have to complete a separate profile for each new client on Tracker, the information in the directory is accurate and simple for firms to update.

Searching the Worldwide Directory

You can search the Worldwide Directory using profile information such as practice area or geographic location.
  1. Select
    Firms
     >
    Search
    in the left navigation.

    You can also open this page from the Our Firms list (
    Firms
     >
    Our Firms
     in the left navigation) by selecting
    Search TWD
     on the toolbar. You will also be prompted to search for a firm when you start the process of adding a firm. The first step in adding a firm is to search for existing firms and can search your firms, the directory, or both.
  2. Check the
    Tracker Worldwide Directory
     checkbox.
  3. Type all or part of the firm name in the field.
  4. Select the
    Search
    button.
Not Connected
 in the
Status
column indicates that the firm is in the directory but not in your list of firms.
You can also perform an advanced search using more detailed search criteria, such as substantive law, matter type, or geographic location.

About Duplicate Firm Profiles

Because most firms have been entered by our client base, sometimes there are duplicates inadvertently created. When users are created in duplicate firm profiles, from a Tracker perspective they work for entirely different organizations, and that causes difficulty for clients. Tracker Support takes duplicate firm profiles seriously and if you find what you believe is a duplicate please report this to your Client Success Manager or to Tracker Support.
