Contract Fields

The table below includes fields that are completed for contracts. The general document fields, such as Name
and Author
, are not included.

Field	Field Size and Other Information
Expiration Type	The five expiration types include: Automatic Renewal Unless Cancelled Expires Unless Renewed Expires on a Specific Date Terminable at any time with notice Other-Other fields will be required to be completed depending on the selection.
Contract Type	This is a list that was customized by your client company's Tracker Coordinator. If you want to add a contract type, contact your client company's Tracker Coordinator.
Company Person Responsible	The field size is 100 characters.
Party(s) Signing Contract	The field size is 500 characters. Since this is a frequently-searched field, you should provide the full name of the parties signing.
Contract Tracking Number	The field size is 25 characters.
Effective Date	A standard date field.
Material/Critical Contract	A Yes or No selection used for filtering contract searches. Many public companies use this field for tracking material contracts.
Warranties & Covenants	The field size is 1500 characters. This is also a selection for whether the warranties & covenants are critical or non-standard
Restrictions on Assignability/Transferability	Select Yes or No . If Yes , the field size is 1000 characters.
Custom Contract Field	The field size is 1000 characters. The field name is specified by your client company's Tracker Coordinator.
Notice (Name, Address, Phone, Fax, Email)	The field size is 600 characters.
Method of Notice	The selections include: Regular Mail Sufficient Email Sufficient Fax Sufficient Certified/Registered Mail Sufficient The Comment box is 200 characters.
Status	The selections include: Draft/Unexecuted Active Expired Cancelled/Terminated
Notes/Miscellaneous	The field size is 500 characters.
