View a Document or Contract

To view a document, contract, or SOP record for a matter:
  1. Access the applicable matter.
  2. Click Documents.
  3. Double-click the name for the document or contract you want to view.

The amount of time it takes to display a document or contract is affected by the file size and application that displays the file. For example, it may take up to 15 seconds for your web browser to access a Microsoft Word viewer and display the contents of a Microsoft Word file.
