Upload Firm Matter Data

Rather than entering the information, you can upload a file that contains firm data for consolidated billing matters.
note
You must manually update any incorrect firm matter information that is uploaded. You can use upload to overwrite information, but not to delete information.
tip
Before you begin, you may find it helpful to review the format requirements for the upload file. The file specification includes the details necessary to prepare an upload file, and can be shared with a person who prepares upload files containing the firm matter information. Tracker supports .csv, tab-delimited .txt, and pipe-delimited .txt files. The preparer does not need access to Tracker.
