Update a User's Tracker Worldwide Directory Profile

If the user is an attorney, the user's profile information will be displayed in the Tracker Worldwide Directory of Firms, a searchable directory that is available to all company users on Tracker. Because thousands of company users rely on the Directory to find and engage new outside counsel, maintaining current user profile information will maximize this marketing opportunity for your firm's attorneys.
Firm administrators can enter and update the user profiles of law firm users in your firm. Because some attorneys are not likely to sign into Tracker to update their user profile information, Tracker lets firm administrators edit the profile on behalf of other firm users.
To edit a user's Tracker Worldwide Directory profile on behalf of a firm user:
  1. Click
    Users > User list
     in the left navigation.
  2. Click the name of the user whose Tracker Worldwide Directory profile you want to edit. The user's profile displays.
  3. Click
    Edit user profile
     in the toolbar.
  4. Edit or update the user's profile fields.
  5. Click
    Save & close
     in the toolbar.

User Data Automatically Updated in All Client Systems

When you change a user's profile data in one client's system, Tracker's proprietary architecture automatically updates the user's profile data in all of your other clients' systems and in the Tracker Worldwide Directory of Firms. In other words, you update once, and Tracker simultaneously changes the data in the other databases in Tracker.
