View a User's Delegate Information
For security reasons, each user must select his or her own delegates. However, you can view the delegates that a user has selected as well as view the user delegate audit history, which lists the changes to a user's delegate selections.
To view a user's delegates:
- ClickUsers > User listin the left navigation. The list of users displays. If you do no see the user whose delegates you want to view, use the view selectors to select what you want displayed then clickChange view.
- ClickEditfor the user whose delegates you want to view.
- Scroll to theDelegatessection at the bottom of the page.
View the Delegate Audit History for a User
To view the delegate audit history for a user:
- ClickUsers > User listin the left navigation. The list of users displays. If you do no see the user whose audit history you want to view, use the view selectors to select what you want displayed then clickChange view.
- ClickEditfor the user whose delegates you want to view.
- Click the three small dots icon on the toolbar then selectView history.
- Scroll toUSER DELEGATE AUDIT HISTORYat the bottom of the page. This section shows the date a change was made, the user who made the change, and what was done.
