What to Do If a User Is Not Listed in Tracker

Verify the following if you cannot find the name of the user you want to add to a matter in the list on the Add firm matter participants pop-up window:
  • The user has a user ID for the Tracker system. To verify this information, click
    Users > User list
    in the left navigation.
  • The user's name matches his or her user ID.
  • The user's account exists and was not deactivated. To verify this information, contact your Firm Administrator whose name is shown in the footer of each Tracker page.
If the user does not have an account on Tracker, your firm's administrator will need to create a user ID for the user.
