Who Has Report Access?

When running a report, users receive results for only the matters they have been granted access to. This prevents a user who is not a matter participant from accessing data on the matter via reports.

Users with the system role of Firm Administrator, Firm Office Administrator, Firm User + Billing or Third-Party Biller can view financial information for all matters.
Law firm users can run the following types of reports:
  • Build Your Own reports, which include:
    • Matters report
    • Matter participants report
    • Matter-status report
    • Firms report
    • Users report
    • Invoices report
    • Budget report
    • Task code spending & alerts report
    • Timekeeper rates report
  • Pre-Configured Spending Reports, which include:
    • Total Spending
    • Invoices Report
    • Timekeeper Rates
    • Find Invoice
  • Budget/Accrual Reports, which include:
    • Spending to Budget
    • Spending and Alerts by Task Codes Report
    • Task Code Spending & Alerts Report
    • Unbilled Amounts Report
    • Incomplete Financial Data Report
