Delete Status Reports

Company users cannot delete your law firm's status reports. Only your law firm users that have a matter role of Matter Administrator or Matter Editor can delete your law firm's status reports for a matter. Only the most recently posted status report can be deleted.
For example, Sally Partner from your firm creates a status report on January 1 then another on January 15. The January 1 status report can be edited until the January 15 status report is saved. After the January 15 status report is saved, the January 1 status report cannot be deleted.
To delete a status report:
  1. Open the applicable matter.
  2. Click
    Status
    .
  3. Clicked the linked date for the most recent status report.

    Remember, only the most recent status report can be deleted by a firm user with a matter role of Matter Administrator or Matter Editor.
  4. Click
    Delete
    in the toolbar.

    If you delete a required status report, the status reports could become due again for the matter.
  5. Click
    Save & close
    in the toolbar.
