Determine if an employee has registered their portal and resend a registration email
Follow these steps to determine if an employee has registered their portal. You can resend the registration email if they haven't registered yet.
- SelectSetup,Employees, then thePersonaltab.
- Check theSend Registration Emailbutton in the Web Access section.
- If the button is grayed out: Make sure there's an email address entered on theMaintab. If an email address is present and theSend Registration Emailbutton is grayed out, the employee has registered their account, and another registration email can't be sent.
- If the button isn't grayed out: SelectEdit, thenSend Registration Emailto send another registration email.
- If the employee has already registered, have them follow these steps to reset their password:
- Go towww.mypaysolutions.com.
- SelectLogin, thenForgot Password.Employee passwords aren't kept on file by myPay Solutions. If an employee has registered by doesn't remember their email address or sign in info to reset their password, ask the payroll contact for the company to call your designated payroll specialist.importantmyPay Solutions can't communicate directly with employees who aren't designated as the payroll contact. To designate someone to have authority to call your payroll specialist directly, add them as a payroll contact. Payroll contacts can access and make changes to your myPay Solutions payroll account.
