Update the delivery address for year-end forms
Follow these steps to update the delivery address on file for your year-end forms (W-2, 1099, 1095-C).

We can't ship year-end forms to a P.O. Box.
- Complete the myPay Solutions Company Address Change form.
- Save a copy of the form to your computer.
- Upload the form via FileExchange on your myPay Solutions portal.Contact your payroll specialist if you don't have a FileExchange folder set up.
