Open and use applications in Azure Virtual Desktop

After set up, sign in to NetStaff CS or NetClient CS, select an application, and open it in Windows App.
After you set up and install your Azure Virtual Desktop experience, follow the steps here to access and use your applications.
  1. Sign in to
    NetClient CS
     with your Thomson Reuters Account.
  2. Select an application.
  3. A browser prompt will show. Select
    Open Windows App
    .
  4. Sign in with your Thomson Reuters Account.
  5. The
    Starting your app
     window will open.
  6. Your application will open for you to get started.
    note
    • Expect the prompt to authenticate your sign-in session every 24 hours if you sign in to Virtual Client Office applications from NetClient CS within the same browser. It will usually appear when you:
      • open a Virtual Client Office application from NetClient CS in a new browser
      • clear your browser cache and close/reopen the browser
      • uninstall and reinstall Windows App
      • restart your device
      • sign out of the Windows App then open applications from NetClient CS
