Upload files to File Exchange
You can upload files of up to 2 GB to File Exchange. If you upload multiple files, the size of each file needs to be 2 GB or less. We recommend that you upload files directly to File Exchange from your computer, network, or mobile device.

You can upload files to File Exchange only if we have given you permission to do so.
- In the Documents section of the Navigation pane, selectFile Exchange.noteIfFile Exchangeisn't present, you don't have access to it.
- Select the destination folder, thenUpload.noteYou might need to go through subfolders to access the folder you want.If your File Exchange screen includes a Private folder, you can create subfolders inside it. The Private folder and its subfolders are permanent. Files remain there until you delete them manually.
- Add, drag, or use Dropbox to select and upload your files.noteYou can upload multiple files of up to 2 GB, and multiple files in a single upload. To select multiple files, useShiftorCtrl.
- If you've uploaded all the requested files to a folder in the File Transfers folder, selectComplete File Transfer.NetClient CS won’t let you upload more files to the folder, and NetClient CS will notify us that you uploaded the requested files.
