Users
 you can search and filter the Users information. However, new users are added in the ONESOURCE platform.

Users Details

  • The Active Users will have a check mark beside their name.
  • The User Name is user-defined and can be any combination of alpha-numeric characters when the user is created by the administrator on the ONESOURCE Platform.
  • The User ID is assigned when the user is created by the administrator on the ONESOURCE Platform.
  • The User Role is assigned when the user is created by the administrator on the ONESOURCE Platform.
  • The Email address is assigned when the user is created by the administrator on the ONESOURCE Platform.
  • The User Status is assigned when the user is created by the administrator on the ONESOURCE Platform.
To search and filter the Users list:
  1. At the bottom of the Users list, Type the keyword.
  2. Select
    Search
    .
