Welcome to ODEN Policy Terminator
The web-based Policy Terminator greatly enhances your efficiency in producing termination notices.
We designed the program to be used in conjunction with our companion product, the ODEN State Rules and Regulations Library. Many of the compliance and regulatory issues you will need to address when completing a notice are found in this Library under the Cancellation and Nonrenewal Topics.
The topics are summarized by state and notice requirements. The summaries provide you with the minimum statutory requirements for the number of days notice, valid reason, and the general rules and regulations governing the issuance of the notices. To access this information select the

page.note
Policy Terminator prefills some of the information required to assist you in completing your notice with a minimum amount of effort and research. Your company specific terms and conditions of the policy must be considered as they may expand the minimum statutory requirements as shown in ODEN State Rules and Regulations and Policy Terminator.
This program generates notices that include all clauses required by statute and also generates courtesy notices for your convenience.
