Reports - Sorting

You can sort the report by any of the sort fields.
  1. Select the
    Field
     available to sort the report.
  2. The
    Field Name
     displays the selection made from the above list.
  3. Select the
    Sort Order
     which is the order in which records appear on the report.
    1. Ascending
       - This option adds the selected field in ascending order to the sort expression. (For example, A-Z or 0-1000). To add an additional sort order, select the desired field and click on the appropriate button.
    2. Descending
       - This option adds the selected field in descending order to the sort expression. (For example, Z-A or 1000 to 0).
  4. Select
    Clear
     to remove the entire sort expression.
  5. Select
    Validate
     to verify the syntactical correctness of the filter expression.
