Adding a Producer

Add producers to create a pick list of company producers. Producer information is required in order to create a notice.
  1. On the Main Menu, select
    Utilities > Data Setup > General Policy Setup
    .
  2. On the side menu, select
    Producers
    .
  3. On the side menu select
    Add New
    .
  4. Enter a
    Producer Number
    . A character string code that identifies a particular producer or agent. This description allows you to select a producer from a pick list.
  5. Enter
    Producer Name Line 1
    . The first line of the Producers name (This is generally the agency name).
  6. Enter
    Producer Name Line 2
    . The second line of the Producer name, if applicable.
  7. Enter
    Address Line 1
     for the Producer address.
  8. Enter
    Address Line 2
     for the Producer address, if applicable
  9. Enter the
    City
     for the Producer address.
  10. Select the
    State
     from the drop-down list for the Producer address.
  11. Enter the
    Zip Code
     for the Producer address.
  12. Select the
    Address Type
     - domestic or international.
  13. Valid
     – Indicates Yes or No. This will change to Yes once you save the information and Policy Terminator determines that all the required information is included.
  14. On the side menu select
    Save/Return
    .
