Mortgagee Lien Holder

Use the
Add Mortgagee-Lienholders
 (this includes Loss Payees and/or Lessors) screen to create a pick list of frequently used mortgagees or lien holders. This pick list appears on the
Additional Interest
 page when the
Interest Type
 is set to
Mortgagee-Lienholder
.
  1. On the Main Menu, select
    Utilities > Data Setup > Personal or Commercial Lines Setup > Mortgagee/Lienholder
    .
  2. Select a Mortgagee/Lienholder from the list to edit or on the side menu select
    Add New
    .
  3. Enter a
    Mortgagee/Lienholder
     name.
  4. Enter the
    Address
     and
    City
    .
  5. Select the
    State
     from the drop-down list.
  6. Enter the
    Zip Code
     for the address.
  7. Select the
    Address Type
    .
  8. Select the
    Verified Address?
     option that applies.
  9. Select
    Next
     to continue to add Mortgagee/Lienholders as applicable.
