Pop-up Responses

Add
Custom Pop-up Responses
 to create a pick list of specific wording to be used as the response for text Pop-up Questions. Creating Custom Pop-up Responses saves you time so you can quickly choose from frequently used questions and answers without entering them each time.
You can also add answers to the pop-up questions.
  1. On the Main Menu, select
    Utilities > Data Setup > Personal or Commercial Lines Setup > Custom Pop-Up Responses
    .
  2. Select a question to edit or add to the list.
  3. Select
    Add New
     to add a new Popup Response.
  4. Enter a
    Name
     to identify the response.
  5. Enter the
    Text
     for the pop-up response.
  6. Select the
    Data Tags
     for the tex.
  7. Select
    Next
     to continue adding pop-up responses to the list, if applicable.
  8. Select
    Save
     on the side menu when done.
