Renaming Policy Types

Use this screen to rename a policy type.
  1. On the Main Menu, select
    Utilities > Data Setup > Personal or Commercial Lines Setup
    .
  2. Select
    Policy Types
    .
  3. On the side menu, select
    Add New
    .
  4. Select the
    Base Policy Type
     from the drop-down list. The policy type that has been researched by our research department. You must select the correct Base Policy Type to produce a compliant notice.
  5. Enter the
    Print Title
    . The name of the policy type you have selected.
  6. Complete the Information.
  7. On the side menu, select
    Save/Return
    .
  8. Your new policy type is now in the list and you can select it when producing a notice.
