June 28, 2024 release notes

Release notes explain new features and improvements made to ONESOURCE API Administration.

What's new

Events usage report
We've introduced a new Events Report that captures all relevant events for a product within a specified timeframe.
Admin permissions for all applications
We've introduced a new Admin checkbox under API Administration User Product Permissions.
  • Users with Admin permissions will now have default access to view, edit, and delete all applications across the board regardless of who created them.
  • Non-Admin users can only manage applications they created.
note
To ensure users don't lose access to applications, we have temporarily assigned
Admin permissions
to all users with this release.
Granular permissions for individual applications
A new User Setup tab is now available when you edit an application.
  • You can now grant access to the selected list of users for each individual application.
  • Each selected user will have access based on the permissions they have in Product Permissions (i.e. view, edit, delete or all).
note
If a user needs to access all applications, then the Admin must provide access individually for each application or give them
Admin access
.
List of available ONESOURCE events
We've added a new List of Available Events page to the API Administration Online Guide that captures the offered events across all Products with their Channel and Schema Display Names.
