Extend due dates
You can extend due dates for calendar-curated content if you have the right permissions.
For each calendar-curated obligation, you'll see:
- Total extensions available
- Remaining extensions
- Dates for up to 4 possible extensions (if available)
Follow these steps to extend a due date:
- Mark the checkbox for the item you want to extend.
- SelectExtend.
What happens next:
- TheDue Datemoves to the next available extension.
- TheDue Date in Useupdates to show which extension you're now using.
- The number of remaining extensions decreases by 1.
For example: If you move from the 1st to the 2nd extension:
- The due date changes to the 2nd extension date.
- Due Date in Usenow shows2nd Extension.
- Extensions Remainingdecreases by 1.
Extend due dates via import
Follow these steps to extend due dates using import:
- Go to theDue Datestab.
- Filter the list to show only the due dates you want to change.
- SelectImport & Update, thenExport for Update
- This gives you an Excel file with all updateable fields.
- In the Excel file:
- Find theDue Date in Usecolumn
- Change the values to the extension dates.
tip
- Check theReferencetab in the Excel file for acceptable extension values.
- Make sure each extension you enter is valid for its specific obligation.
- Each due date row shows the extensions available for that obligation.
